Saturdays at the Café is a weekly feature hosted here to talk about and discuss the books I’ve discovered during the past week, added to my shelf and am excited about reading. They may be new/scheduled releases I’ve seen on NetGalley, at the library, or from publishers or they may be older titles my friends have reviewed and shared on Goodreads or blogs.

I did a Snoopy happy dance when I discovered this title, scheduled for release. I’ve already listened to the first book in the series and thought it just begged for a prequel. I’m participating in the blog tour scheduled for December, of course with the audio version.

This audiobook showed up at my library and I like the premise of the story. Several of my Goodreads friends have already given it the thumbs up.

I love British police procedurals and when I read the review for the third book in the series by Anne @ Books of My Heart, I decided to add the second book, which ended up being a deal…$1.99 for the Kindle book and $1.99 to add the audiobook.

This also showed up at my library and I quickly jumped in the queue. It’s scheduled for release at the end of the month. I’m always interested in this author but not an auto read.

This showed up at my library and it was a nice surprise, especially since it isn’t scheduled for release until March. I’m near the head of the line for the audiobook. Didn’t know a sequel was in the works.
