What would you do if all of your romantic dreams start to materialize before your eyes? Of course Lucy gets swept up in Hemlock’s creations and at some point begins to think all that glitters isn’t gold. It is all whimsical and fun, especially the parts where she’s conversing with her group chat buddies. It’s when the sexy shows up that I went off the rails…a demon, a vampire and a kraken? Uh, no.

the narration…
If there’s one consistency with this collection it’s the superb performances by the narrators. Sean Crisden & Aure Nash were absolutely fantastic! His baritone combined with her comedic talents made this a delight.

the bottom line…
I was having so much fun until the sexy moments, which were skillfully executed. I just couldn’t get the kraken out of my head. Otherwise, I enjoyed this story quite a bit for its humor and creativity.
