Welcome to my Friday feature! Created by the wonderful Meggy @ Chocolate ‘n’ Waffles, it’s a remedy against feeling down by creating a list of all the good things happening in my life this week. I became so inspired by her weekly posts and later also that by Nickimags @ Secret Library Book Blog, I felt it was time to begin sharing my own good feelings. It can be anything, from the smallest gesture from a stranger to a major event in your life that alters the direction of your day. Maybe something here will bring a smile to you in the moment.

A week of no humidity…in August!! Life is good🥰

My niece introduced me to frozen grapes. Best. Snack. Ever. Another tip…dip them in chocolate hummus (yum).

Season 5 premiere date was announced this week for one of my most favorite series, Outlander. February 16 will be here in no time.

I completed a tough reading challenge on Goodreads this week. And, I’ve met most of my challenge goals for those I entered here in the blogosphere. More to come… 💜
- Got a fabulous pedicure at my favorite nail place and my feet look (and feel) gorgeous!
- Two FedEx delivery notices for today…two new audiobooks for review!
- One of my best friends triumphed at a sad family event and came out stronger.
- Managed to have a post everyday this week and last!
- Had a joyous phone call with my nephew about joining his Fantasy Football league again…and drafting hubby to join (long odds).

I’ve never had frozen grapes but now I really want to try them! You had an awesome week Jo! Good for you!💜
Thanks, Susan! You’re in for an awesome snack💜
Sounds like a great week Jonetta. I will have to try frozen grapes. It sounds like a healthy snack to help me with my healthy lifestyle. Much better than popsicles or ice cream. Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy those new audiobooks. 😊🌞
Thanks, Carla! It’s the healthiest kind of snack and that chocolate hummus is also healthy. You have a great weekend💜
Wait… Chocolate hummus? How have I never had that before?!
It was introduced to me at a WW meeting. It’s Boar’s Head chocolate hummus, in the deli section of your grocery store. They have a dark chocolate AND a chocolate raspberry that is to die for. I also dip my apple slices in it.
I would love to try frozen grapes in chocolate hummus! YUM! I love anything chickpea! Have you made the chickpea “cookie dough,” Jonetta? It’s amazing and such a healthy sweet snack. You had another amazing week! Congrats on your challenges! ♥️
Thanks, Jennifer! Aren’t chickpeas just grand? I’ve never had the cookie dough…off to look for it🥰
I eat them every day! My other favorite is garlic dill roasted chickpeas-I eat like a snack! The cookie dough is super easy to make in a food processor!
New audiobooks sounds like you’re in for a real treat!
Yes! It’s the new William Kent Krueger and Kristan Higgins books! I’m VERY happy🥰
Yay happy Friday and congrats on your Goodreads challenge! Some of those are beyond tough so that is fantastic. It has been rather pleasant here weather wise too so I hope it stays that way for the long weekend! Thanks for this post. It always brings a smile to my face! 🙂
Thanks, Amy! The one I was happiest about is called Stack the Deck. I didn’t complete it last year so I was thrilled to finish it early.
Have a wonderful weekend💜
Three cheers to new audiobooks! Frozen grapes, that does sound good!
Have a fabulous weekend! x
Thank you, Tina! Those grapes are wonderful🥰
Good week, Jonetta! Good things come to good people.
Another week with the twins and got a new tempur-pedic bed at home in Va. Played lots of games with my five year old grandson. He’s off to kindergarten on Tuesday.
Have a super Labor Day weekend! 🌸
Thanks, Marialyce! I love knowing when you get to spend time with your grandchildren💜 Have a great extended weekend!
Yes! 🙌 frozen grapes taste like popsicles!
That they do!
What is chocolate hummus??? I’m going to look it up at the supermarket. WW has great tips, as usual
It’s made by Boar’s Head and you can find it in the deli section. I couldn’t imagine it tasting good but so many in my group kept raving about it. Now I have some in the refrigerator at all times. Great for dipping fruit like apples, pineapples and grapes.
I never tried frozen grape, even though I often have regular grape at home.
Yay for challenges and blogging every day! 👍
Thanks, Irena! I hadn’t tried them before either so I put some in the freezer and loved them.
Frozen grapes are Frabulous!! LOL
I love frozen blueberries too
Ooh…I love blueberries more than grapes so I’m definitely going to try them.
I just can’t wait for summer to be over xD I am melting every day!
Frozen grapes?? I need to try that!
YAY FOR COMPLETING YOUR CHALLENGE! Go you!!!
I’ve never had a pedicure, but it’s because my feet are ugly xD
I NEED new audiobooks!!!
Thank you for sharing your fabulous wave! xxx
Hey, you! No one has ugly feet, especially AFTER a pedicure💜 And, I understand your need for audiobooks, my public addiction😏
Wonderful post! You make me want to try frozen grapes now. xx
Thanks, Yvo! I’m pretty sure you’re going to like the taste.
I love my fruits in general so I’m sure I will… I’ll just have to wait for a couple of months to try them as they are not in season right now. xD
Sounds like you had a great week and love your Positivity Wave Jonetta! I’m starting to get caught up- ish!
Thanks, DG! I’m trying to do the same, today.
