Welcome to my Friday feature! Created by the wonderful Meggy @ Chocolate ‘n’ Waffles, it’s a remedy against feeling down by creating a list of all the good things happening in my life this week. I became so inspired by her weekly posts and later also that by Nickimags @ Secret Library Book Blog, I felt it was time to begin sharing my own good feelings. It can be anything, from the smallest gesture from a stranger to a major event in your life that alters the direction of your day. Maybe something here will bring a smile to you in the moment.
Happiness was being able to binge watch the Virgin River series on Netflix! It was everything I hoped it would be and Season 2 is already being filmed, projected for June release. TV heaven💜

Even though it was for a sad occasion (funeral for a first cousin), I got to spend two days with my oldest sister🥰
- I got a MAJOR project done on Tuesday! Took me all day but the stress of it is now behind me.
- Putting the final touches on the beach house.
- All my Christmas gifts arrived!
- Also got to spend time with my cousin Carmen who used to live with me before I left Virginia. We are really, really close.
- Dug out of a tough financial situation, came out on top.

Awesome week Jo. It helps when we look for the happy during a sad situation. Congratulations on getting that Christmas shopping all done. Have a great weekend. 🤩🎅
Thanks, Carla💜 It was very sad but my sister and I shared a room and drove there together. We had a wonderful time!
I am in the UK at the moment and nothing, absolutely nothing, to be positive about
Gilly, I had to just stop listening. My heart hurts for you and I just hope the same fate isn’t handed to us😢
Thank you for the Virgin River trailer! Looks like something I would enjoy.
I’m thankful that my husband’s cancer is in remission and we’re having a lovely Christmas season. We love our quiet evenings at home snuggled into our recliners watching TV.
Oh, Pearl that’s FANTASTIC news💜💜💜💜
I think you’ll enjoy Virgin River!
You’re a master of making it come out right! I may have to watch Virgin River if I ever watch tv again. I have Netflix but I don’t watch, my daughter does. I have high hopes of finishing unpacking this month and then I might watch something while I knit or quilt.
Anne – Books of My Heart
I think you just might like this series, Anne. Give it two episodes, though.
Good luck with the unpacking💜
Your positivity lifted me instantly after what was, shall we say, a challenging week. Thank you!!!
Angela, there’s something in the air because this was an extremely challenging week. I’m glad this was helpful as it has me seek out the positive.
sorry to hear about the loss of your cousin 💔
Thank you, Carol💜
Beautiful week, Jonetta, but I am sorry to hear about your cousin. Hope you have a super weekend.
Keep your fingers crossed we signed a contract for the sale of our Va house.
Thank you, Marialyce💜
Woo hoo!!! That’s GREAT news about the house💕💕
Great week! I’ve been interested in trying Virgin River too, the trailer looks great 😄
I’ll be very interested in your thoughts about it, if you do give it a go. They did well by the book series.
Another awesome week Jo! I’m so sorry about your cousin💜 I’ve only watched the first three episodes of Virgin River……I’m trying to stretch them out. Have a great weekend!💜
Thanks, Susan💜 I had intended stretching out the episodes but…
That’s exactly what I’m afraid of!!🤣🤣❤
Your wave gives me hope, warmth, and a big smile!
I was able to binge-watch The Good Place last week and it was just what I needed to wind down! I’m glad you overcame a tough financial situation, those are difficult to go through.
Sending big yay for this project!!! xxx
Thanks, Meggy💜
I’m so behind in The Good Place. I hope you like how it ended.
